Secure Meeting Place organizes discussions into ‟rooms”. You decide who is invited to join a room, no one else can access it.

You can further control access to messages and documents in a room by requiring ‟releases”. With releases, each member of a room authorizes each other member to see their messages and documents. This allows you to host a discussion with multiple members even if some pairs of individuals are not yet authorized to exchange information.

Releases are ideal for enforcing medical release of information requirements or for tracking acceptance of non-disclosure agreements (NDA) for example.
